Delivery/Shipping

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Please provide a physical address in your shipping details.  Please note a signature is required upon delivery.  Currently shipping to PO Boxes is unavailable.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at this point however this is a service Shop.TVNZ hopes to be able to offer in the near future.

Who sends my goods?

Your order will be despatched by Roadshow Entertainment and will be delivered to you by Courier Post.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery and 5-6 business days for rural delivery. Please note that all our orders require a signature on receipt.

Delivery estimates: We make every effort to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate as provided by Courier Post and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold TVNZ liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

What are your delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charge is $5.75.

How do I go about tracking a delivery?

You can contact Courier Post on 0800 268 7437 and request a track-and-trace. Please quote your tracking number as detailed in your Shipping Confirmation email.

What if I am not home for the delivery of my order?

If you will not be home during normal business hours, then a work address or alternative street address should be supplied , as the courier requires a signature on receipt upon delivery.

Please make sure you provide your day time number or a cellphone number when completing your billing/shipment details, just in case the courier needs to contact you.  A calling card will usually be left by Courier Post for you to call them and arrange a suitable delivery time, if you were not home for their delivery attempt.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Shop.TVNZ cannot provide a pick-up facility.

Returns, exchanges

I have been sent a faulty or incorrect item.  What should I do?

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.  We aim to resolve this within 2 business days.  Please go to Shop.TVNZ within 5 days from delivery and complete a Return Request form.   Upon acceptance, a prepaid Courier Post envelope will be sent to your shipping address to enable the return of faulty/incorrect product.  Please remember to include your packing slip and take the package to your nearest Post Office, for return to Shop.TVNZ.  A replacement will be despatched as soon as we receive the faulty or incorrect product.  You will be notified by email that your replacement product has been shipped, including the Courier Post tracking number.

I would like a refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on your products if you change your mind about your purchase.   In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product or it arrives damaged, we will replace the faulty or incorrect product promptly as detailed above under the heading Returns/Exchanges.
